Hello! My name is Merri, and I am a grown up picky eater!
I have always been picky when it comes to food, and avid hater of vegetables. Due to health issues in my early 20's, I needed to make some serious changes to my diet. The very first change was drinking a green smoothie a few times a week. I was delighted that I could blend up spinach with some yogurt and banana, and COULD NOT taste the vegetable. It was like a lightbulb went off in my head, and I started experimenting with disguising other vegetables in my favorite meals.
Once my health began improving, I started getting picky about everything I was putting my body. My goals are simple: eliminate harmful ingredients, add healthy foods, and make every meal taste amazing. Bonus: I have Celiac Disease, so all my recipes are gluten free!
